Issue with a hairline crack on a Carron bath, nothing to do with the manufacturing, and found on installation; ordered through a third party company. The measure of a company is the service they provide when something goes wrong: my bath panel yellowed after a few years whereas the bath stayed pure white.. I purchased a Carron bath some time ago and did not get to install it until now. In the meantime I misplaced fittings. I contacted the company and got an immediate response.
