The staff are so rude, doesn’t matter if you go in store or call, i have stopped using this garage for ages due to poor customer service and the attitude of staff but I called recently for information if they stocked gas canisters and they hung up on me twice during conversation. I left a parcel at the BP garage on November 14th, the man who took my parcel said he was unable to give me a tracking code. The BP have never sent my parcel my back to ASOS, and therefore I believe have essentially stolen my goods.
