Prescriptions go missing the staff are unhelpful & never have anything there on time & give out your prescriptions to other people

So helpful and efficient, ordered my prescription in 24 hours from manufacturer after I'd waited over two weeks with a big chain chemists . I'll definitely be supporting this independent local business in future.

Consistently, this pharmacy has issued my private prescription short, with no explanation and no follow-up. It absolutely should not be the patient's responsibility to check that what is in the sealed bag is what has been prescribed. This is a failure of process and management. Needless to say, I will go elsewhere in future.
