By far the worst garage I have ever used they have had my vehicle for over 3 months for a simple repair have been promised updates which they haven’t done everytime I have called them they promised it will be ready by end of the following week when that time comes I call them andThe say it’s going to be an another week.

I initially had some problems with the repairs carried out by EW to my car, in terms of time taken and then the quality of the repairs. However, once the new manager, Cameron, got involved everything was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

I’ve had my vehicle repaired here, as it was the recommended repair centre by the manufacturer. Other than taking a very unreasonable time (over 5 weeks, based on an initial estimate of a week) they failed to install a mud flap during the repair and communication has been spotty at best.
