I wish they had staffed counters instead of just machines. I tried to pay in bank notes and it swallowed the notes then wouldn't give me my card back. A member of staff had to go and rescue the cash and card. She was very helpful and very apologetic but if she had been serving me at a counter in the first place it would... read full comment
