I phoned for an appointment at my local branch and in Blairgowrie to review my accounts, spoke to Lesley only to be told I needed to phone the customer service department. The worst experience I've ever had in Scotland! I was with my father and the atm swallowed his card and when we asked the staff in the branch for assistance they rudely told us that they had just finished locking the atm up and if we wanted the card back we could come back in next week! We then explained that we wouldn't...

BoS location closer to me is currently closed for renovations, so I was forced to come all the way up here to deposit money. I arrived at 4:58 (2 minutes to closing) and the staff were very friendly, helped me with my deposit, gave me some spare money bags for the loose change and sent me on my way. I doubt I'll visit again...
