Reception, staff and branch manager, we are very unhelpful and Had zero compassion for my two-year-old daughter who needs a doctors appointment. Absolute shambles of a service. My father was hospitalized for acute heart failure and required life-saving water tablets when he was discharged.Because he was staying with me to recover short term (god forbid) he was advised by reception that he needed to change GPs to get his prescription...even an emergency prescription... read full comment

Not a patient myself but my wife is. She has kept good health & a very rare visitor to the practice. However after 5 weeks of ‘just not quite right symptoms’ she got an appointment last Thursday. Blood test arranged for following day. Call back same evening from Dr Nick who gave initial prognosis & medication immediately... read full comment
