Shocking, don't know what they use but not a real cream anyway, disgusting! 3 hrs later still have this disgusting aftertaste. Last time I have ordered Americano with pouring cream, got a Late. They have no Idea how to make a coffee

Stopped here on the way back from visiting a friend in Moffat. Very busy and clearly not set up to cope with more than a few people. Starbucks had a good selection of cakes and sandwiches but service was very slow. 5 people were behind the counter to serve and clean but only 3 seemed to be doing any work.
