very rude older lady with white/grey hair served me with a purchase and return but very unhelpful and off putting. The other local charity shop staff are far more pleasant

Dropped of a donation of a brand new unworn pair of shoes. Grumpy white haired woman didn’t look up just said “dump them in the box”. Won’t be donating again.
