Totally unacceptable can’t get through to the number provided to make a complaint about the postman / woman who delivers to the whiteside and Plessey area of Bathgate. This place is a Joke never open decent hours. People are out working most of there day so royal mail get a grip and open decent hours

Been ok for me to over the years to be fair, bar during convid things would come a bit later (as expected) but still mostly arrived on time, the posties are very good/regular/reliable in my opinion, if expected post then around 9am is usual, if it's not that it's around 2pm, cannot grumble with that, local sorting office... read full comment
