First time being here. Spent £65.33. For a first time customer thats good business for the Boots company. Usually its quite a caring/calming shop eviroment to shop in most of the time. I find it very difficult to give it one star and any positive feedback given the lack of customer service like even the open close times don’t tell customers it’s closed between 1pm and 1:30pm please note it’s not the staff who try and be helpful but the managers who couldn’t run a bath ? come on, people are I’ll... read full comment
