What a waste! Never answer the phone. Waited in the pharmacy for 45mins once and asked why no-one answered the phone with 5 staff on duty! Got a pathetic excuse until I showed them my phone which was still ringing their phone. Their expressions were priceless. Has went downhill In recent months. All the original staff have left, waiting times are definitely longer. Néw staff are nice, but no criticising new ones!

I'm sorry. Well chemist I had a delivery of one of my meds instead of the 4 I ordered. Started phoning from 10am yesterday, 16-17 phone calls later still no answer on phone. Other than that I'm happy but what is the point of having a phone if no-one answers. Thanks
