Yesterday was the 3rd (or is it 4th?) time I have been charged the incorrect amount for items, more than the price on the label. Once could be an accident which I would forgive, but it is each and every time I go in to WHSmith Ayr. I dutifully get the guy over to tell him, he apologises and corrects it, but yhe same thing... read full comment
