Shocking bank. I have banked here for 40 years .my card was blocked because of suspected fraud .I did not want to talk to anybody on the phone for this reason .so went into branch .The person checked my card and said yes is been blocked ,deal with it yourself, I am a OAP.and needed help ,not given in this branch .Now I... read full comment
