Impressed with the quality of the rooms and how lovely the staff were - even when very busy. It’s a shame the cost varies so much - between two different dates over a £100 difference in nightly rate. Excellent hotel with an amazing refurbishment. New Premier Plus rooms are just amazing. Disabled guests would have no problem with scooters or wheelchair on any floor. In house food is freshly cooked and Leeanne and the team are very helpful and friendly.
