staff were quite unfriendly, all 5 cashiers had frowns on their faces and in return made themselves very unapproachable.

Time to give the post office back to the public hands!, I had a package sent to me on Monday on a 24hr delivery, it arrived on the Thursday? And the PO thinks this is OK? Nah its not, plus the package looked worse than from Evri and that's saying something, it was battered and soaking wet not what I expected from the PO,
