Used a self-service checkout, and it was awful! The people in front of me couldn't get it to take the card. Eventually, another customer helped with it. When it was my turn, it kept saying it didn't recognise items going through e.g. Cadbury cones, chocolate chip cookies. I felt sorry for the poor guy who had to see to... read full comment
