Had some interesting stuff and the staff were friendly. Selling my old keyboard and mouse went smoothly. Would give 5 stars, but they didn't have the 3ds games I was looking for. Physical games are becoming much rarer these days and some rare games are physical only. CEX us a good way to get several of these games...barring some prices being ridiculously high due to games becoming like collectors items. I haven't had any complaints about CEX overall.
