We are just back from 4 days (well 3 as we left a day early). Seriously disappointing, there was myself my partner and our 3 year old son. We stayed in a silver caravan and had a play pass included. Well what can I say for one wished they would answer there phones and it would have saved me a journey there We were involved in a traffic accident and I tried to get in touch we got there after six took us ages to find the caravan when we did our hearts wasn't in it so we left took the key to reception but it was closed... read full comment

Stayed at craig tara, while visiting family. And the Ayr show. Security guard sent us to the wrong place. Arrived at accommodation. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit by the smell of urine. Stained sofas and walls. Burn mark in carpet. Freezer full of ice. No fire extinguisher. Following day we bought some cleaning... read full comment
