Hi bhf its luke Callander im making a complaint againt 2 members of staff at BHF in ayr adele and Sarah they have been annoying a member of the staff jane jedrzewski she is very religious and they are waving pride flags on her and she doesn't like it. It needs to be sorted out now

So rude gave a load of clothes no thanks nothing older woman rolled her eyes the staff in general were watching I was looking for a item for my wee neice dressing up day at school I asked why u watching me u are taking a long time to choose something that made my mind up I left should have asked for clothes back
