Was upstairs at time card was put through door no effort to get me hate when companies give parcels to them

Again I added a request and a change of delivery date. I have the email to say that my delivery date had been updated. I also asked for it to go to my neighbours. As usual the request was ignored and card put in door to say I was not in and not even on my requested day. Royal Mail you are the worst delivery service out... read full comment
