Good coffee but awful staff service. We could see 9 staff in the cafe with 3 ladies clearing up for the end of the day. 5 youngsters were behind the counter doing no work for the entire 30 min visit. Can't believe how hard everyone works to maintain the high quality of food & service in the restaurant, and the constantly evolving shop. Difficult to leave without something from the well stocked Deli too!! Thanks to all involved!

It's a great shop, but expensive. Customer service is great, very friendly and helpful, the shop is laid out well. Ample parking and easy access from the A9. Four stars only down to prices.Recommended
