Had an absolutely awful experience here today. Would rate 0 stars if i could. My partner was desperate for the toilet, so we popped in. Waited a few minutes by the counter to ask would it be okay to use the toilet facilities, but was ignored. Decided to just use them, as my partner was desperate.
