Visited the post office today to collect a click and collect parcel. I provided my tracking number and was asked for id so I provided 3 peices of id. I was extremely rudley told none were acceptable. Awful experience. No customer service. No common sense. Asian older man very rude and should be shut down or refranchised to someone with more people skills
