When are the opening and closing times going back to normal because 10am - 2pm is an absolute joke. I’ve already started work by 10am and don’t finish til after 6pm so miss the opening times. just joined nationwide and staff are lovely ,they do some great accounts for all walks of life ,michelle was the first staff member to deal with me,excellent service from her ,still the same very helpful ,

Some of the rules are absolutely mental, like not being able to put money in your own account without a card, can be very busy at times but moves quick .... usually!! Unless youre in a hurry!!
