Very disappointing level of service at my local post office. Walked down and arrived at 2.25pm having checked opening hours which stated it closed at 3pm. The postmaster said he not letting anyone else into post office as he had a backlog of mail to process and was now closed for the day.....

Had the same experience as another reviewer here recently - arrived at the shop at 14.40 and was told by the postmaster that he couldn't take my parcels and was closing early as he was overrun with things to do. The shop hours on the door, on the Post Office website and Google are given as 9.00-15.00.
