Went to pick up a DPD Parcel, was told it was not there even though DPD had proof of delivery. After lengthy calls with DPD they said it was scanned a 2nd time at the shop, went back to be told by the owner the just deliver it(DPD stated was scanned hours before they called me back) Owner was very rude when I went back... read full comment
