Store assistant, swinging keywords about, walking about the store, ignoring customers, no help given, pointing to self service checkout. Completely disinterested. No customer service given at all.

The meal deal was £5 which is absolutely unacceptable, and it was dry. Now my wife just left me because of a dry Mexican bean wrap, thanks WHSmiths.

The young man refused to help at the till, he pointed us to the self service till. When we needed a bar code for one of the items, he found a wrapped item, when my wife asked him if she could instead have the item he found, he refused saying he needed to keep it for the bar code, but returned it to the shelf.
