Used their in-store Costa. I ordered an Americano with syrup - simple right? Barista forgot the syrup. Then she told me they don't accept Costa card. What's the point? To top it all off, a bottle of water costs £2.80.

Wouldn’t recommend going here for a bottle of water if you don’t have over £1.69 that’s the cheapest bottle of water in this shop absolute scam at this rate £1.69 for a bottle of water I had £1.65 and they wouldn’t let me off with 4p will definitely not be going back
