Open times are terrible and when u do go in u wait ages just to be told to ues the app that does not work. Need to change bank

Always have to wait even though there was a teller available never changed in there, plenty people seem to be around pretty incredible really

Absolutely awful service. Every time you go in there you have to wait ages to actually speak to some one. Twice lately I've gone in to transfer money to another account at a different branch.
