The hotel itself is nice - the room was lovely and spacious. However access to the pool and spa area is ridiculous - on arrival we got told we had to book slots the only ones available were over meal times. and then you were limited to 1 slot of an hour. I just stayed on Saturday was kept up with people kicking the walls running about the staff were lovely tho and moved us room and after the pool we had the last slot myself my partner are unwell after being in the pool think it need more cleaning services done to it as 2 friends whom also where staying are unwell after... read full comment
