Unwelcoming completely empty and was not allowed to put my shopping cart not inside but not even in the doorway so I left no one fancies this horrible food it's only practical when you go shopping well I gues not anymore

There is a very rude staff with black hair. She treats the drivers badly when they go to collect the order.

Member of staff, possibly a supervisor "Kirsty" abrupt and unwelcoming to a certain type of customer while also openly disrespectful to a colleague, shaking her head at him when he did one simple thing "wrong" (wasn't a massive issue and was more pedantic Kirsty!).
