I think it was the manager that was in an older man with grey hair and he is absolutely useless. He was dealing with packages and he could see that there was a massive que and he was just messing about at one point he left the till point and disappeared completely leaving the guy he was dealing with looking at him in disgust.... read full comment

Terrible customer service, really rude. Shouldn’t be in customer service. Avoid this shop at all costs. I would’ve give 0 stars if I could have.
