Ridiculous service since the start of the New Year and it wasn't great beforehand. My area doesn't seem to have any deliveries Monday - Wednesday anymore. Have they stopped delivering everywhere, everyday?

The change in opening hours turns royal mail into a joke. Impossible to pick up a parcel, deliveries never come on time. Next time I'll pay an evri courier to go and pick up my parcel from royal mail office, since royal mail decided to become a useless delivery service.

Never delivered parcel to home , we have to pick a parcel at their office and that too between 8-10 AM . Totally disappointed with the service . Personally I don’t even like to give a single star to this kind of service .
