It was smooth, I got the parcel in 10 minutes, after sharing the reference number with the desk person.

Very unprofessional service. My item was neither in their shelf nor was it scanned for delivery. Had to go there repeatedly, made several phone calls before my item was located. It couldn’t get any worse with Royal Mail in recent times.
