Went in last month, couldn't find what l was looking for and a lovely assistant came to my rescue. She found what l needed. I think her name was Amy, she was tall with red hair. A credit to your company.

I have personally never had an issue with river island before. While recently the customer service has been poor, especially one member of staff who brings her personal life into work, and was rude to me for not having a conversation with her while I was being served.
