Very long and slow queues. Very understaffed but good service once you reach the counter.

I’ve been told that I’m not going to be served because it’s 2 minutes after closure despite I was waiting in the queue for 10 minutes

Wors customer service ever from gentlman with black hair and black glasses, very rude with very poor customer service. Was waiting to scan my IQ code as self checking do not accept IQ code sadly. After 32 min. of my waiting time from top of the stairs came gentlman jumped 19 people, which was waiting in the cue straith... read full comment
