Having worked for a number of years in the US was excited to take my kids here for a treat on a Saturday at dinner time. Ordering at drive thru was painful and the food took an age probably due to a number of staff more focused on walking around drinking milkshakes. Waited over 25 minutes for a burger, 2 chicken tenders and soggy fries. Drink machine not working properly.

Unfortunately there seemed to be an issue at Popeyes tonight but the staff were very apologetic and although we had to wait 50 minutes for our food it was hot, moist and tasty.
