    I would stay away from NEP. They sold me a dead Nvidia 6600 graphics card years ago (2004). When I took it back they said it was likely a driver issue in my naievty at the time I belived them, but it was definitely a dead graphic card. Ended up leaving it as too much time passed, but I have avoided it since.Edit in response... read full comment
