Old man behind counter extremely rude and miserable. Said the electric machine was broken even though I was there earlier on in the day. Lied to my face and served someone else first. Even questioning me in front of other customers. Left the shop and never been back since

Supervisor couldn't solve a zero value transaction / cancel transaction to my British gas card to fix a problem. I tried to deal with him but I let the thing away cuz he seems to be missing some b vitamin according to his nervous reaction. An another shop could coop with it.
