The margin for error is very high. I have once gotten a fish fillet instead of a chicken big mac. A regular big mac instead of a chicken big mac. No egg in my bacon and egg mcmuffin. Sauce when I asked for no sauce

Ordering was easy and quick; the restaurant was not busy however my chips and burger were served cold and we were questioned as to why we had taken the monopoly stickers off the boxes.. surely serving hot edible food is more important and if the bmnew advert campaign is anything to go by then they have failed.
