Continually shocking customer service ever since relocating to premier. Staff are unhelpful, poorly trained and bad communicators. Post office stuff absolutely have no idea what they are doing. Not adequately trained. That can be potentially harmful if you send sensitive information or any valuables. Please make sure that your staff get proper training.

Big thank you to the young ladies who helped me with a parcel that I was sending on behalf of an elderly relative. Despite there being several errors in the address they spent time to try and find me the correct address and postcode for the parcel.Thank you.
