I frequently visit this starbucks as its on my way to meetings. The store has friendly staff, great coffee and a great customer service ethic! If an order is wring which is seldom , the staff make a brand new drink straight away. The only downside to this store is a lack of seating , as it is a smaller venue it can be forgiven.... read full comment

I used to be a regular customer. Did not miss a day to get the coffee on my way work but ever since the change of the management, the store became so unwelcoming. Quit visiting after witnessing couple of customers being shouted at and refused service. Just a little tip for the baristas.....just because we are standing outside... read full comment

I was refused service due to not having a mask even though I tried to explain I have a medical exempt due to my mental health issues. Very rude staff lady with blue hair demanded to see my medical letter and mocked me for not having it.
