Always slow service despite being very quiet. Takes 30 minutes to deposit money for the business banking counter. Get a monzo or starling account. Avoid Barclays unless you’ve loads of time to waste

How banks like this are still going is beyond me. Need a service which isn't available on line, call them to be told I have to visit a branch for counter service. I work M-F and counter service is not available on Saturdays. Closest branch is an 80 mile round trip so I need to book a morning off work and pay for fuel and... read full comment
