Order cancelled almost immediately after placing it and no refund received 3 weeks later (despite multiple assurances from the company that it has been actioned). AVOID

Item of furniture arrived damaged. There seem to be many bad reviews but I had quite the opposite when dealing with them. I received my goods in record time and was packaged beautifully. All 3 items I am more than happy with and will buy from them again ?
