UNHELPFUL, CANT DO ATTITUDE, WILL LITERALLY PUT EVERY OBSTACLE IN THE WAY SO SHE DOESNT HAVE TO DO JOB. CANNOT TAX VEHICLE CORRECTLY AND I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT DVLA AS THERE WAS A BLOCK, I RANG DVLA, THERE IS NO BLOCK! SIGHS AND HUFFS AS WELL!

My husband and I called in a few weekends ago for some snacks on our way to Rutland Water, and were followed around the shop by the woman behind the counter like we were shoplifters.
