Will never use a waterstones again ...Went into waterstones to see if they could get me a book i was after, the person i delt with on this 1st occasion was a delight, stated they would see if they had in another branch as they didnt have one, and contact me ...So 2nd time in i asked a member of staff if they had found out... read full comment
