Brilliant place with very helpful staff.Rob needs a raise. He was more than helpful and pointed me in the right direction with regards to adhesive and protective sealer etc, I have never tiled anything before.They also refunded the surplus tiles I had left over.Will be back when we upgrade our bathrooms.

Jade was absolutely brilliant and went over and above to find us some tiles we loved that had been discontinued. She called around various stores and manage to get them all together in one order. Excellent customer service!

Today Wednesday Jan 3rd. I went to the Witney store without expecting much to be honest. I needed extra tiles for tiles I bought 4-5 years ago. They only had newer ones. Slightly thicker than mine.They then got onto the computer and found some in Abingdon. The young woman will pick them up on Monday...(sorry left your card...
