Lovely experience, I enjoyed a facial and manicure. Such lovely products that smelt divine. Nice ambience, almost fell asleep with the soothing music. Mariela gave an amazing facial massage. Will definitely go again.

I booked in with Harriet for a gel manicure and pedicure ahead of the Oxford May Ball on Saturday. Over the moon with the results. Welcoming friendly atmosphere, super professional. The designs are unique, on trend and captured my vision completely. I showed her a picture of my dress and she came up with an idea that complemented it perfectly, using rose gold metallic foils. I booked in for my waxing just before my holiday. This was the first time I had been to the skincare clinic and unfortunately it will be the last. The technique for waxing was questionable, the girl regularly took the wax off in the wrong direction (not against the hair growth) and she used the wax strip so many times to the point that it was so full of wax it just stuck to me and wouldn?t come off. As you can imagine not the most pleasurable of experiences! She also missed lots of areas that I had to point out to her. To top it all off she hardly applied any after wax lotion to my skin and I was just so sticky I had to help myself to more before i got dressed. This whole experience cost me over £60, shocking.

I visited here for the first time today and had a lovely facial by Michelle. I felt at ease instantly she is so nice and easy too chat too. The facial was the best facial I have had , it was so relaxing ? . Its definitely a hidden gem. I will definitely be getting booked in and trying other treatment with Michelle thank you !

Wowzers! I have had massages before at other places that were little more than a pat on the back but Michelle?s are on another level. I found it relieved so much tension that I nearly had a little cry at the end. And in a good way. And I had a facial today where I was so relaxed I fell asleep and then woke myself up snoring! And I left with glowing and clean. Michelle is amazing and if you are looking to relieve some stress this is definitely the place to go.

I had a 60 minute dermalogica facial done by the lovely Natasha. It was the best facial I?ve ever had. I came out feeling so relaxed, refreshed and my skin feels amazing. All the staff were really welcoming and professional.
