My two children spent the best part of their day sorting goods out for charity. They felt amazing and proud of themselves to give something back. Only to be met by a rude passive aggressive woman who worked there. No thank you, No appreciation and was left pretty much jaw dropped and insulted on the street.

Went in with good quality clothing to donate. Woman asked us haughtily what exactly it was we were donating. We left and gave the stuff to Oxfam instead.
